Thrice Times a Wookie: More from the Millennium Falcon

A long time ago in a gallery far, far away…

The last time we left our friends aboard the Millennium Falcon they were hurtling down yet another wormhole and narrowly escaping a terrible demise on the Planet LeWitt. Now as they are helplessly and blindly traveling through this wormhole they can only pray and hope that their destination is peaceful, calm and serene.

Upon exiting the wormhole they find that their prayers were answered being thrown into a vast uninhabited planet. Threepio informs the crew that the planet they have entered is Planet Starling, known for its desolate terrain and existence of two massive silver outcroppings and one even larger gateway.

Han Solo and Chewbacca were wary of these outcroppings at first. They reminded the two seasoned pilots of the instance where they took refuge within a similar asteriod, only to find out that it was a giant space slug (also known as an Exogorth). Despite these misgivings they flew closer to get a better look and to find a suitable place to land.

Having landed beneath one of these beautifully mirrored silver outcroppings the Falcon’s passengers took the time to do some necessary repairs to the ship and to sit back, relax a little, and play a little game of Dejarik (a version of holographic chess).

Threepio, R2-D2, and Chewbacca throughly enjoyed playing Dejarik, however, their games would often get quite heated resulting in shouting matches and Wookie temper tantrums. As usual the droids forgot the golden mantra “Let the Wookie Win” and absolutely creamed Chewy. This peaceful pit stop did not last much longer.

Chewy, furious and full of rage from his defeat, stormed off to the cockpit and got the Falcon ready for flight. With Han busy doing repairs in the ship’s undercarriage, he was unable to stop Chewbacca and calm him down. Chewy was determined to release his frustration on the first thing he saw and he took off into Starling’s atmosphere. He quickly locked his sights on the planet’s massive gateway and fired away with the Falcon’s laser canons.

It didn’t take long and nothing remained once Chewy was finished. The whole crew decided that it would be best to put this all behind them and get out of Planet Starling lest someone of higher authority arrived on the scene. Han and Chewy prepared the ship for hyperdrive and hightailed it at lightspeed to the other side of the MASS MoCA Galaxy.
