Its rare to find a jungle in an art museum and even rarer to find one in North Adams, but as the photo above, (snapped just this morning in the MASS MoCA lobby) shows we are in possession of a stunning collection of jungle foliage and looking to deaccession it all quickly. Not just plants, these ficus, philodendrons and more are art — they were part of Yutaka Sone’s piece in Badlands. The exhibition has closed and the plants are all in need of good homes so we’re selling them for just $25 each. They are a real bargain, just try to find a 9′ tall ficus for less than three sawbucks!
Time is limited on this sale so don’t delay, stop in today to pick out your plant and support MASS MoCA at the same time. We’re open 11 – 5 Wednesday through Monday. Cash and carry.
